AURORA VILLA is a four-bedroom villa with a studio room near the entrance which is dedicated to the owner.
The villa comprises of a large downstairs kitchen/dining area and lounge area with audio-visual facilities, which leads seamlessly to the outside pool area. There is another upstairs smaller lounge with a TV and its own sun deck terrace. The outer stairs then lead to a large lounge/viewing deck on the roof.
Living & Dining Areas
The open-plan lounge and dining area incorporates a 6-metre black granite bench top with a fully functional kitchen. A custom made dining table which seats 10 people runs parallel to the bench-top. Terrazzo tiles feature throughout the villa. A cushioned lounge seats 8 to 10 people comfortably and features high quality audio-visual facilities including TV, DVD, CD and an iPod docker. WiFi is available throughout the villa.
The main downstairs area also provides a bathroom facility for guests. The floating staircase leads to a first floor lounge area with an adjoining out-door entertaining deck. External stairs then lead to the rooftop deck lounge where stunning sunsets and panoramic views of surrounding countryside and distant ocean can be enjoyed.
Bedrooms (4)
Two king-sized bedrooms lead directly off the main dining area. Each room has wardrobes with a full-length mirror and large en-suite bathrooms, one of which features a deep bath and double sinks.
The other two king-sized bedrooms are located on the upper level. They also have large en-suite bathrooms plus moveable divans, which can be, utilised as single beds.
